Each Reboot AmeriCane™ is a handcrafted, made-to-order product. Because of the unique nature of our canes, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for any reason, including but not limited to change of mind, incorrect sizing expectations, or cosmetic preferences.
If your AmeriCane™ arrives damaged during shipping or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@rebootamerica.biz with photos of the damage. We will work with you on a case-by-case basis to resolve the issue. This may include repair or replacement at our sole discretion.
The one-time $25 affiliate registration fee is non-refundable. This fee covers account setup, your unique referral link, and access to the affiliate dashboard.
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@rebootamerica.biz. We may be able to cancel orders that have not yet shipped. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
