We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States. Each Reboot AmeriCane™ is handcrafted, so please allow 7–14 business days for production and shipping. You will receive a confirmation email from Stripe once your payment is processed.
Orders are shipped via USPS or UPS, depending on your location and package requirements. Due to the size and nature of our handcrafted canes, we take special care in packaging to ensure your AmeriCane™ arrives safely.
Orders are processed in the order they are received. During periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience as each cane is crafted with care.
At this time, we only ship within the United States. We hope to offer international shipping in the future. If you are located outside the US and are interested in purchasing, please contact us at info@rebootamerica.biz to discuss options.
If your AmeriCane™ arrives damaged during transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@rebootamerica.biz with photos of the packaging and product. We will work to resolve the issue promptly.
